15 Bears and Counting

The roaring of the sewing machine is ever present as we settle in to making all the clothes and dressing the bears.




The four bears in the photograph represent the 4 "Caravan Countries" - Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras.

 There are so many different sizes and styles, so each clothing element is unique to each bear. The bears have taken on their own personalities. Will be hard seeing them go.

More Concentration Camps

It seems that daily there is further news of more privately owned prisons opening.


I am glad to see that protests are finally happening on a grand scale to call attention to these crimes against humanity. Often there are no words left to scream that haven't already been screamed.

At this time the 100 bears have arrived. We are beginning to construct the clothing for each out of the 100 flags.

The ID tags have been printed and numbered as to keep track of each bear during and, hopefully, after the show in October.

As construction of the clothing and completion of each bear is realized, I will post updated photos.

Until then do whatever you can to aide in stopping the atrocities against these helpless children.
